If you have a question for us, our extensive list of frequently asked questions may be able to provide the support and help you require. If not, please feel free to get in touch with us and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Samples of all of our stunning tiles, across hundreds of ranges, are available for you to order. Please call our 0121 753 6870 or send an email to to find out more or to request a sample.

You will find each available tile size on the relevant product page below the product image.

Tiles can be calibrated, meaning that they may be a few millimetres different in size. If you are placing tiles together, please let us know so that we can ensure that your order will calibrate.

If we do not have a tile available in a specific size, please contact us and let us know what you are looking for and we will endeavour to find your dream tile from our extensive product range.

If you wish to change the product you have ordered, please call us on 0121 753 6870 and we will let you know if it is possible to do so. If we are able to accommodate your request, we will inform you of any amendments to the price, adjustments to the timing of your delivery and any other alterations that arise as a result of the request. We will then ask you to confirm whether or not you wish to go ahead with the proposed change.

If your order has not yet been dispatched from Solus Warehouse, you can cancel it. If you have any questions or would like to check if your order is already on route for delivery, please call us on 0121 753 6870.

As long as the tile in question is still available then yes, you can.

However, we would ask that when you place any additional orders that you please refer us to the original order. Tiles can vary in shade and size from batch to batch so we will need to know what you have ordered previously in order to source tiles from either the same batch or the closest possible batch.

We deliver to all locations within the UK. If the order is placed before midday, you will typically receive your order within two-three working days. Should you require your tiles to be delivered on a specific day, we will be more than happy to accommodate you.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase however the cost to transport the products back to our warehouse will be chargeable to you. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

We make every effort to ensure our tiles are delivered in perfect condition and as per the order placed, but should you find any damage, fault or errors, please call the Solus Warehouse on 0121 753 6870 so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
